I was extremely surprised by the customer service received this time around. My vehicle took almost a month for completion for work that could have been completed in a week or so. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle unless I initiated the process. After voicing my concerns in regards to this issue several times it was never resolved until two days prior to disclosing when I could finally pick up my vehicle after receiving numerous text messages that stated arbitrary dates when I could pick up my vehicle that came and passed. When finally retrieving my vehicle today there was damage to my head board that was not previously there and less than remarkable work on the lining of my trunk that seemed to be thrown together. My first experience with this company and location was amazing. I'm not sure what happened this time around. I didn't appreciate the manner in which my case was handled.
