There is no need to contact me. However, there is obviously a lack of concern for the vehicles you are working on in your shop. I had to have my car repaired there because of Geico, but I will never return to this shop again. My car was dented and scratched twice after the other damages being repaired. I know accidents happen, but another customer complained of the same issue with her mini cooper while I was in the shop waiting. I started looking at reviews of your shop online and the theme is recurrent. My question is, you have a great deal with Geico and enterprise being there, why is the customer service so terrible and your employees so unconcerned with the finished product? Apparently no one takes any pride in their work there. I imagine you spend more money on repairing screw-ups then advertising or even creating a presentable front office. If you can't manage the business properly, do us all a favor and close down the shop.
