The Staff at Signature and Enterprise were professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working and interacting with hem. The text message system is an excellent communication mode! My experience was one of ease and professionalism and I would recommend Signature to colleagues, family and friends in the future. I have just picked up my vehicle and thus have not had a lengthy time with the repairs but it is my hope that they will be up to standard as well over time. The damage to my car was repaired. However my car was returned to me filthy and change I keep in my glove compartment was stolen. Even though the car was rewashed not to my liking and $5.00 was returned to me still left disappointed in my experience with this express body shop. And I turned off all my amenities radio and AC to get my car back with both on at high levels. Overall not recommend!!!

The repairs on my car was great. However, the company needs to work on its professionalism when customers are in the shop. The experience from dropping off my car and picking it was completely different. Waiting to pick up my car, listening to the staff interactions was extremely off putting. I heard **** this, **** that, **** this, and **** that. I mean I get it, if that's the relationship you have with your coworker's, carry on. But, when customers are present eliminat the vulgarities. The lack of professionalism or an inability to separate "shop" talk and "office" talk greatly needs to be improved. Quiet as its kept these negative perception will always superceed the quality of your work. Now, I'm not bashing the businesses nor and I going to hop on yelp to tell people beware, because I thought you did an outstanding job. My observations are based solely on my desire to see the business succeed and this is a real recommendation from a good place. You're a small business that was able to secure a GEICO contract as an authorized repair shop. But keep in mind you're not the only authorize repair shop. So you must still compete in the market. Dont let the demise of your business be due to an inability to project professionalism, because the next person may broadcast to social media and you know word travels fast. Again thank you for your work and i will bring my car back. Just hopefully it will be elective services.
