Beautiful job on the repairs, and you have my full appreciation for doing more and detailing the inside - totally unexpected.
One thing I found out late that might help others: Since the damage cost more than 750, I needed to fill out a DMV accident form within 10 days, which fact I ran across days late. I wonder if you might consider a reminder note on a customer's first estimate sheet that he or she should look into doing an accident report (SR ****).
