We got rear ended and Mike's replaced our bumper. The kept in good contact with us throughout the process and gave us back a showroom quality van.

The car looks great and I appreciated the wash and vacuum of my car before I received it back. The friendliness of your staff is great when in person. Communication of the progress on my car and the routine push back of getting my car back was extremely frustrating. Automatic texts about car were incorrect and if it wasn't for me calling and double checking, I would have arrived to pick up car and it would not have been ready.

It's been a crazy year for me so far, transferred to Napa, Broke my ankle, and got into my first Auto Accident. Mikes Autobody was great except for the timing. The repair took longer then I thought, but I know everything doesn't always go as planned, and I'm ok with that. Donald is Amazing!!!! He's customer service oriented, and he updated me every step of the way. I hope your company keeps him around a very long time.
