I was told that I would be receiving text updates about how the repairs were going. The only text messages that I received were when I signed for the rental car and when the car was complete and ready for pick up. Had I not called in, I would not have known there was an issue and they were going to have my car longer.

I loved how convenient it was to have everything in one place and the people were super friendly, my problem came when I got home and really looked the bumper over. There's a decent amount of orange peel in the clear coat, the bumper cover it self does not align with the body of the car it used to before there's a couple more things here and there I take a lot of pictures of my car so those details really stand out
