I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Kraft's Body Shop. Granted, my car was hit and everything was covered by insurance, but the experience I had with Reuben & team was phenomenal. They communicated what was being done and updated with the timing of everything. I also was able to add on a catalytic converter guard on my Prius. They also have the service to leave my rental car (Enterprise) at the shop and Enterprise picked it up from there. I hope to not need body work on my car in the future, but if I do, Kraft's is where I am going. Thanks again to the whole crew!

The repairs were professional and absolutely first rate; it is literally impossible to detect any damage to the car. The estimator for my work was knowledgeable, courteous- and efficient.
My only concern was that the final bill was 67% higher than the estimate and I was not informed of what or why until checkout.
Over-all, a great job by Kraft.
