The work was great a couple small items missing that we need finished but the length of rim was beyond the original estimation by 2 weeks. Would have liked to have had a more realistic estimate so we could have rented a vehicle. Otherwise work was very good. Saying completely makes this difficult to check yes.

LE emblem that was on right side of trunk lid was not there when we picked our car up today. I know it is a small thing, but there was no damage in that area and no reason that the emblems should be missing. Otherwise the repairs look amazing.

I've been in the automotive field my whole life so I know how insane things can get, even on Friday nights trying to get everyone's vehicle fixed and returned before the weekend. You always do great work, but....I understand that things happen but when my car was brought around it would have been nice if I was told that the hood emblem on the car was broken. Its not a big deal, I just don't understand why someone couldn't say anything.Please let me know when it comes in. Thanks
