Your automatic updates are completely unreliable and I think you go back to the good old reliable way of calling your customers once a week with updates on your progress. If you can look up all the bad updates I about my trucks progress I think you will see how bad your auto update system is. Your employees even know and have to let the customers know that the system is not reliable.

I love you guys and your work but this update feature was inaccurate and said the truck was on time for delivery when the truck wasn't done and then reset finish time the day after it said it would be done... after the original delivery date.
I will continue to use you for my body needs but will ask for a realistic hard date of completion for my work vehicle so that I don't get stuck without it again.

Kraft's does a superb job. One van not tell the driver side door had any damage. It's like new.Wow! And the matching of the paint is incredible. I'll always recommend Krafts Body Shop to anyone who needs some body work done.
