I am completely happy with my experience. My Mazda had it's front bumper almost completely torn off. I appreciated that the workers there (Reuben, in particular) took the upmost care of my car making sure the repair was up to their high standards. After having my car back for a week or so, I noticed the manual lock was not working, and they took my car back, and fixed it really quick. Thank you thank you thank you for repairing my car. It means the world to me!

Happy with Kraft but still trying to get Car Rental Agency to bill the Insurance Company, Suggest that when you refer using Enterprise that the Insurance company agreement to Pay enterprise is accomplished before having Enterprise pick up the passenger. Still arguing with Enterprise who seems completely non-committed to making sure the other party's insurance covers their bill; have tried 4 times to see that enterprise followed through with the provider
