It such a horrible experience, dealing with a person named James is a total nightmare. He made a promise that my car will be okay sooner because it’s just a minor damage and he will help me with the car rental payment until my car will be fix. I waited for 3 weeks hoping that everything will be fine but when I follow up, James told me that my car is a total loss. I was really devastated upon hearing it. I still have a lot of questions but James doesn’t want to talk nor deal with me anymore, even the car rental payment that he promised was totally broken. Such horrific experience, never again in Anaheim Hills, the worst Autobody shop I’ve ever known.

I am not 100% satisfied because of one thing. I understand that a used part is replaced for head light but it shouldn't have scratches. That part had scratches. That should have caught before installation.

Having my car damaged as it was, I was already stressed, but Bryan was so good at calming me and making this experience bearable. The car was severely damaged but was like new when I finally got it back. I would certainly trust Anaheim Auto Body if God Forbid I ever needed work done again.
