They did a good job of matching the existing color. It took that much longer than when it was promised. It was hard to get hold of the service advisor. Improved communication is needed instead of automated emails pushing the completion date out. Overall I am satisfied but the experience could have been better with more communication.

The experience was positive. The facility is organized, clean, and inviting. The staff is well trained and follows an organized process. Specifically, the receptionist was warm and inviting. The service consultant Art was experienced and helpful in guiding you through the process. I liked the check out price with the car waiting for me to inspect. The repair exceeded my expectation and was impressed with car being not just washed but detailed. In closing, I would recommend the repair facility to my peers.
