Although it was no fault of this body shop that my car couldn’t get fixed but I was extremely disappointed on the way my bumper was placed back. It was not placed as nicely as it should have been. The tail light is now higher and pointing upwards than the other side. The gap between the trunk and back quarter panel is much wider now and when my trunk opens it is very loud and takes twice as much energy than before when shutting it. Plus the inside of my trunk was forgotten! The carpet all lifted and I’m missing the plastics tabs to put back into place! I realize due to the insurance it was not fixed but this body shop received payment of over a $****,000 just to evaluate the situation and for my car being parked there. I would have thought some compassion would have been seen and placed my bumper back together as best they could and they didn’t. No care what so ever was shown by your staff, it was just thrown together! Francisco was very nice but I have to live with what appears to look even worse on my car then it did before I took it into your shop! Before it was bad but I could have lived with it, now it looks horrible and I cringe even more each time I see it. Thanks Anaheim Hills Auto Body! The insensitivity shown by your shop in placing my bumper back was inexcusable. Sorry I will NOT be recommending your shop AT ALL!

The work was not completed. The washier fluid reservoir was not replaced although it showed it had been on the final report. I'm waiting for parts to come in to have it replaced by Anaheim Hills Auto Body

My car was repaired perfectly. In fact, when I picked it up it was pristine and in superb running condition. I was kept informed of the progress (and unavoidable delays) and was treated with complete respect. AH Auto Body has well earned a 5 star rating!

My car was in the shop for 6 days. I understand. Not a huge deal. However, the airbag light was on. I told Francisco and he said “it should go off in 10 miles if not, call or text me and we’ll take care of it” well I texted him and he never responded to me.
