I had chipped paint and areas where touch up paint was applied that was not there when I dropped my car off. The employee took photos and I was assured someone would contact me to get it fixed and I have yet to hear a peep. It’s been weeks.

It took a really long time for them to finish fixing my car but when my insurance stopped paying for the rental car they stepped up and paid the last 2 weeks of my rental. And my car looked brand new when I got it back. Customer service was excellent and the agent I worked with was very nice and the manager, Brady was very helpful.
