I had issues with the receptionist’s attitude and the way of communicates with me. She was irritated when I asked about questions in person and on the phone. She didn’t even make eye contact with the customer when she talked, she was busy on the phone (her conversation was not with customer) while I was waiting in standing. That was rude behavior as a receptionist. It was quite unpleasant experiences .
