I was very impressed that you kept me very informed about my car and the process of the repairs. I got a text message sometimes 2 every day on how the repairs were coming along. I called one time and was told everything as to what was going on with my car. I picked it up and there was a small issue and they worked on the issue until it was working the way it was supposed to.
