I requested my vehicle ve left on the lot locked so I could pick it up after hours. When I went to get it it was in a locked gate. Luckily there was one guy left who went and got it for me. We however did not recieve copies of any paperwork nor a receipt for the $500 we paid. Both of those things were to be locked in the car with the keys when we picked it up.
