My car was supposed to be ready on July 5th. Then the 7th, 9th,12th, 17th, 18th. Then on the 18th at 5:15 and finally sometime after 6 they decided the car wasn't ready and they were going to keep it. However my husband had someone waste a trip from Hereford to Amarillo for nothing. Still don't have my car. But I got a text for a survey asking if I was completely satisfied....

I love that Drury does good work, they’ve fixed everything wrong with my car and you can’t even tell. However, every time I get it back I feel like something else is wrong. The first time it was a huge crack all the way up and down my windshield that was not that bad before, and the second time was the crack looking even worse, now splitting off in a completely different direction because my car has been left out in the hail. Which I understand there are a lot of vehicles so not all can fit inside, I’ve already come to terms with getting a new windshield so it’s fine. But now my issue is I just picked my car up yesterday and there is a dent and a mark that looks like someone scraped my car with another. I try to stay very observant with my car and I did not notice that dent and mark before I dropped my car off. I am satisfied with the work done, I just wish there was a way to keep the cars safe from the weather and keep my car from getting banged up when it’s supposed be getting fixed.
