I expected my car to come back clean and fresh smelling and it was not. There is a bad odor and seats are scuffed up. The steering wheel was in an odd position - all pulled out. Rear view mirror is creaky. Outside of car was clean but inside was not.

I have to say that Ed with **** collision was the best service I have received at a body shop or dealership. He was beyond helpful with setting up my rental and service to my truck. The work on the truck was as exceptional as the Ed was with service. Everything looks fabulous. Ed went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced when it wasn’t even in the shop for it to be replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the entire situation. He made an otherwise bad situation 100% netter. I will recommend this shop to anyone.

Ed Waibel did a fantastic job representing **** and us as a customer. This unfortunately was the second time we had to use ****’s collision service in the last year.
