The day my car was done, 9/7 Friday, I received a text saying it was on track to be ready on 9/11. Then I receive a phone call on 9/7 at 4pm saying my car was done, giving me 2 hours to get there before closing. This was unreasonable. My rental car was closed out that day which would have made me pay out of pocket for 3 extra days until I could have gotten my car on 9/10 (monday). Thankfully my insurance extended the rental until 9/10 otherwise I would have had to pay over $300. For future reference when a car is completed there should be more than 2 hour notice on a work day. Especially when a text is sent the same day saying the car would be ready 4 days later. It was totally unreasonable and unfair. I'm glad I have good car insurance. Other than that the repair was done well, so far.
