We are missing a lug nut off one of our wheels. The truck was to be done by a Monday, which then was moved to Tuesday, which later became Wednesday, and then finally was done late Thursday, so we couldn't pick the truck up until Friday. The staff who worked with us was very nice and helpful and very friendly. Because of changes in when the truck was to be done, we unnecessarily changed and altered some personal plans and appointments. accommodate

Paint didn't come close to matching. That wasn't the problem though. They managed to damage the hybrid system, so the car overheated a few miles down the road. Representative was rude when car was returned...until they saw it actually was broken. Bumper and hybrid system are great now, but just found white over spray all over the rear of the car. Really?
