I was satisfied with Liberty. I was not delighted with the interface with Nationwide, which isn't really a Liberty issue. The only real negative was the lack of communication at the very end. I called Tuesday about the readiness and was told "too early to tell" but that I'd hear later in the week. I was not contacted at all. I ultimately called the Friday it was due, and yes it was done. But I should have been contacted and not required to call myself.
