I was in a car accident with a deer with my Ford explore a few weeks ago. After speaking to my insurance they told me to go to ABC car star body and frame. When we arrived at the facility was clean and we were greeted instantly. There was a kind woman at the front desk it was empathetic about my situation. She assigned me to a specialist to take care of and look at my car. My specialist was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He texted with daily updates on my car. He answered all of my questions and was very careful to write down everything I told him when I arrived. My car was fixed completely. I now have an entirely new front end of my Ford Explorer. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. While I hope I do not get into a car accident anytime soon, if I do this is where I will take my business. I would recommend ABC car star to any of my friends who were in a car accident. Thank you again for being so kind in my time of need.
