My truck was apparently ready for pickup the second time!!, brought it home to discover that it still was not completely repaired REALLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER with the overall experience " I was assured that George V. Arth & Son was going to complete the repairs by professional ????? I was told by the owner that the reason that my truck was not completely repaired the 1st time was apparently his fault because he hurried his workers to do the job to get my truck out of the shop to the owner!!!! Unfortunately my car is my only transportation therefore I am force to be without my vehicle again until its fix completely..... And please walk around my car thoroughly to observe the things that you guys missed by returning my vehicle for the 4th time. Oh and as a courtesy I should have received my vehicle at the least with it washed and polished ALL around not just half of the vehicle.... Oh and by the way when you guys installed the tire did you guys reset / re-initialize the tire pressure because as soon as I left it has been flashing, along with missing bolts on the right side by the rear wheel and a screw on my wood and plastic bed liner, I called on Friday 12/8/17 spoke with Renee, I am not able to take my truck in on Monday morning but my husband and son will. Hopefully all this can be resolved!

Excellent service and the owner of the shop is straight forward and helpful. I was provided with residual paint to do a couple of small touch ups on the car, which was an extremely nice gesture (reduce waste)! I’d recommend this place to anyone seeking high quality professional service.

Interior windshield had spray over both driver and passenger side. Guessing from whatever was used to clean dashboard. Repair work looks good. Small dents in panel just above the collision damage not addressed. While fixing the panel it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to repair these.
