Great customer service by all employees,, especially the girl ( not sure of her name) who called every few days with updates. The employees seem to take their jobs seriously. The car looked great—- like it was never in an accident.

I answered No because I wasn't sure if Yes would allow me to comment. I am not exactly dissatisfied but the work did take a week longer than I was originally told. This put an extra financial burden on me as I had to keep my rental a week longer. Also, not a huge deal, but my windshield wiper fluid controls are reversed. What used to work my front, now works the back and vice versa. I would like to have this corrected. Other than that, the car seems to be ok from what I can tell so far. I will wait to hear back from you. Thank you!

I cannot thank Perry ****Auto Body enough for everything. Aside from calling in my claim to my insurance company, I did not have to deal with them once I dropped my vehicle off. The office staff handled everything as if it were there own vehicle. The car looks great and they kept me well informed throughout the repair process of my vehicle.
