I went back in to have a small item looked at, the girl at the front told me it would be about 10 minuets that everyone was busy. After 15 minuets I asked her how much longer and she told me they were not back from lunch yet. I had better things to do, so I will have to make time to go over there again.

Overall good - but after touching up the marks on the bottom panel (last min fix) there ended up being foot prints all over the door sill and floor mats (like white powder on wet shoes)

Very poor workmanship. Had front right side of nose piece repaired and entire nosepiece painted and although there was 15 hours billed they decided to paint right over a couple places on the nosepiece that easily could have been sanded in two minutes and the whole job would have been perfect. Lou said but we working on the other side of the bumper? Well your still painting the whole thing and these spots I would have thought would have come out with the minimal sanding required just to paint the nosepiece.
Just in my opinion a lazy employee and even worse a manager that didn't own it but rather made excuses.
