The front license plate was not reattached. I found it in the back of the car with the frame and everything. Colorado requires a front and rear plate.

This is the second time my vehicle has been at your shop. Totally by choice. The first visit everything was great. My car was returned in perfect condition. However, this time my car was left with faded grease pencil marks in multiple spots. I pointed it out to the gentleman that checked me out. He stated “wow they are very noticeable let me take your vehicle back to get it re washed”
I told him I was in a huge hurry because I had to return back to work. I also stated that the car was going directly across the road to have custom work done on the wheels. He stated to bring it back Monday morning. I have meetings all week long at 8am. I also noted on the hood where there are small swirl/scratch marks where the markings are. I want these marks removed, it’s extremely noticeable but I don’t have time to bring it to you right away..... please advise on a solution ASAP. The gentleman also stated that my account was noted of this mishap. Thank you
