Everyone was very polite. The bumper was taken off to inspect for further damage. The scratch on the bumper was barely noticeable after they cleaned it so I decided not to have it repainted as it meant having to get a new residential parking sticker.

After I picked up the car, within a day my tire went completely flat. I took it to MINI dealership and they found a puncture in a tire that was likely put there by a screw.
When I was picking up the car the adjuster even mentioned that one of my tire was looking flat. It was not flat when I dropped it off. No one actually inspected it... if you did you would have found a leak.

Great job and service! From beginning to end, it was a great experience. I loved that Michelle was there in the beginning to explain to me what was going on and setting expectations.
