Hong did an amazing job communicating with me during the entire process. It’s awesome that he has a great relationship with the Tesla claim adjusters. Really happy that in a single repair he was able to coordinate body work, repainting, ceramic coating, and PPF to the damaged area. It also came 2 days before the expected finish date. Would definitely come again if needed.
