I was about 90 percent satisfied with my repair! Unfortunately, the front bumper that was repaired had two new pieces of damage that occurred after the repair (probably in the lot out back). The associate with me used touch up paint to cover it up a bit and it looks decent now, but it's simply unfortunate that those gouges occurred at all.

I came to aliotos garage due to online reviews to have my accident repaired. the repair was top notch, although as i pulled out of the garage i noticed the alignment was off. i immediatly called aliotos to inform them of this, when i brought the car back chris diaz made me to feel it was my fault. i did not appreciate this, i have been without my car for a week and have had a struggle to get to and from the car rental and garage to return and pickup my car. the last thing i needed was to be made to feel i did something wrong. i would think a top notch garage, such as yourself would have an inspection process to check all potential things that could be wrong with the car. if i had a car brought in with wheel well damage the first thing i would check would be the alingment.

I liked it that Hong helped rub off some scratches and did not charge me. thank you for this courtesy. every explanation was clear. emailskept me appraised as to what was happening and when pick up date was to occur. A telephone call from Michelle informed me that my car was ready. After I paid Maggie my deductible, my car was brought to the exit door. However, because I am handicapped I was sitting in the waiting room, and no one informed me that my car was at the exit. Maggie told the man who brought it out to tell me, but he did not. So after waiting about 10-15 minutes, I asked Maggie again as to where my car was. It was then that she told me it was at the exit. I then looked at your beautiful work and left. Thank you.Everything was perfect except for this tiny incident.

It took a ridiculous amount of time to get my car fixed. I came in with minor damage and was told it would take 7 working days (12 days total) to fix my car. That is absurd -- no parts needed to be ordered, so clearly the garage was backed up and I'm sure my car was just sitting there most of the time. Because of this, I would not use your garage again.
