Seemed disorganized. I took car in for an estimate with an appointment and when I got there, staff seemed surprised. After the car was reviewed at that appointment, I was expecting a call back to let me know what work was needed and the cost. I did not hear back so I called and made another appointment to go in. I went in again and once again, car was reviewed for an estimate. Part was ordered. There's more but I'll stop here.

Not your fault but I have been w/o a car since 9/8, you had one goofy delay but otherwise it looks and feels like pre accident. Haven't drove yet but should be fine as front end wasn't damaged. Sorry I can't get more excited about it's return... it's been a very long and strange experience and glad it's done (fingers crossed)

Near perfect. You forgot to rep[lace a headlamp bulb while the bumper was disassembled. Everything else was fantastic! I loved your e-mail updates. not too much, not too little. The people were extremely friendly and speedy and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Two warning lights were still on when I left the garage. One was check license plate light (the light works, the notification needs to be re-set) and the other was my car key has a low battery, which doesn't make sense since it's a brand new car.
