Nothing seriously wrong expect we received an email stating the car was going to be ready on 2/13. We made arrangements with our place of employment to leave early to pick up. My husband called at 3:00 and was told the car would be ready at 4:00. We put gas in the rental, and headed downtown during commute hour. At 4:05 we got a call saying that the car would nit be ready untill 5pm on 2/14. I do appreciate the fact that you want the car 100% before releasing it, but their definitely is a communication breakdown somewhere.

Car was delivered repaired on time and clean. Nice that you have the insurance and car rental companies on site. Frustrating to have to come once for estimate then again for repairs; would prefer to just drop car once and be done. Good service at your shop.

My rear break light is not working. The lights were either disassembled or replaced for the repair and it was not done correctly. Now I have to return to have it fixed on my day off. Not happy.
