The repair took many many days. When the car was returned, there were leftover parts left in the cargo area of my vehicle. Also, broken glass was supposed to be cleaned out from inside the rear hatch and yet I can hear glass tumbling around every time I open the hatch.

Work was done spectacular as always. My only gripe is that I was told at end of day each day that my car was going to take another day. This is hard when renting a car and having to extend it daily, or in my case finding out after I was already returning my car.

Brian did not have a customer service attitude. He argued with me regarding duration of service. I was quoted 2 days, dropped off my car at 9:30 on Monday and requested confirmation of that I can pick up my car on Tuesday. Brian said that 2 days means Wednesday. Lots of unnecessary back and forth, not customer focused. End result, my car was ready Thursday. I asked for escalation, Chris was great, but after years of loyalty to Aliotios, I'll be taking my business elsewhere
