You guys were fantastic! Repair was fast and perfect. Only hiccup was making the repair appointment - spoke with the front desk over the phone, the had me schedule an appointment to look at the car for estimate and said I would be able to drop it off at that time. Went to estimate appointment and mechanic was very surprised that I wasn't prepared to leave my car at that moment to begin the repair. All worked out in the end as I wasn't in a hurry and it wasn't a problem to come back the following week to drop the car off for the repair.

Arrived to pick up the car on Saturday as agreed and it was not ready.
Just got the car home and I see that the headlamp is not properly fitted so it will have to go back again.
I feel like I have had to handhold this whole project way too much and even then the final result has missed expectations.
Need to arrange another visit to get this fixed.

The day my vehicle was scheduled to be ready I called the shop and I was told it would be ready that afternoon. Later in the day at 4pm I was called and told the shop needed another week and a half to complete the repairs. End to end it took almost a month to repair my vehicle and I wasn't able to get an accurate timeline for when my vehicle would be ready. The repairs themselves were well done and I'm happy with he quality of the work.
