Had damage done to our roof glass on our Tesla Model Y, as well as a cosmetic ding on the upper door rail. Tesla Service Center recommended Alioto's Garage do to the necessary bodywork and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the experience and result. Both Hong and Chiara have been extremely proactive on keeping me informed as to the progress as well as responsive if I had any questions along the way. There was no surprise fees that took place during the repairs and lined up within the original estimate I was given. The repairs were done exactly on time and the checkout process was seamless. While I do hope I never have to return (no one likes dealing with repairs after all), in the event that I need to -- I feel comfortable in doing so with Alioto's Garage. Thank you so much for the fine work and comfortable process along the way. Our car looks as if nothing happened to it at all!

I will not be taking my car to them again. I asked them how much it would cost out of pocket for a few small scratches on my car not having to do with the insurance claim it was in for. They gave me an estimate for almost $1400. Also when they put my car back together they crimped the wiring on the tail light causing electrical malfunctions.
