The whole team made me feel like I was part of the family, and I mean that in a good way! From the front desk letting me know what the schedule would be, to the daily email updates, and to the service manager calling to tell me it was ready to pick up ahead of schedule, I am a happy camper. What a pleasant experience I had when your team dealt with all the insurance paperwork, and because your shop was open on Saturday, I could pick the car up easily. The last comment I have is for the hi"guy on hoverboard" who rode it throughout the shop while on his cell phone and overseeing everything......Thank you.
