Fix Auto did a great job with my car, after it was involved in a hit and run. It looks brand new! The staff was very courteous and they were great at communicating with me while my car was being repaired. I recommend them!

I was notified that my car was ready for pick up on December 23, 2015. Upon arrival, I was advised that my car was not yet ready for pick up and they apologized
We were called in to pick up the vehicle on Friday, January 8, 216; upon arrival and taking the vehicle for a test drive we noticed several issues wrong with the vehicle. we took it back to the repair shop and provided the list of concerns . They kept the vehicle for another week
My car was actually ready for pick up on January 14, 2016. On January 15 at approximately 6:15 PM we stopped at the gas station to pump gas to learn that the gas tank would not open we were unable to pump gas. We had to call a tow truck, we were stranded with our children in the rain, we had to call Uber and get another rental car and pay out-of-pocket.
