Place was close to home. Got a call once my car arrived to their lot which was comforting as it was in the CHP's tow yard and I desperately wanted it out of there so recieving the phone call immediately was great. Got updates via phone or text which was nice so that I was kept in the loop. Car was also completed days earlier than estimated. One knick on car was left but Mike said I could come in anytime to get it fixed. Overall I am satisfied.
