I used priority collision center to fix my car after my two most recent accidents only because i purchased my car from priority Honda brand new in November 2015. The first experience everything went smoothly and everything looked great when picking up my vehicle. This most recent time everything also went smoothly until the day of pickup. I received a text notification that my vehicle was ready 3 days early- yay so I thought. I went and picked up my vehicle. When moving a plastic rack into my trunk from the rental car a chunk of paint/plastic nicked off of my bumber. I have had this vehicle for a year, moved a house, apartment and a 60 dog crate weekly using it- hitting my bumber multiple times NEVER causing any paint damage. But yet it was MY fault according the rep... Nobody's fault that instead of allowing my car to properly dry before telling me to pick it up. A piece of plastic shouldn't of caused any sort of damage to paint that was properly applied and dried- according to our purchasing rep and additional resources. When my husband brought the car in to get "fixed," the rep. ,although the great to work with until the last day, repeatedly argued with him about the situation. Very disappointing.
