The customer service staff was very good and the work performed on the vehicle work. Our service representative Ethan Cadamore was excellent! However, the license plates were stolen off our vehicle while it was in ABRA's care, and the response from an "assist. manager" was perfunctory: kind of Oh, well, we will replace the plates. No recognition that replacing plates requires a day of effort, travel, meetings with law enforcement, etc. Obviously ABRA will have to replace the plates, but there should be some additional recognition of the efforts required to do so. ALSO, there should be some explanation of what ABRA is going to do to protect vehicles left in their care. The "assist. mgr." pointed out that the security camera nearest the office is a dummy and therefore not working. Not exactly confidence inspiring for customers who leave very nice vehicles with ABRA.

The process was far too long. Four weeks for minor damage. Otherwise I am satisfied that I was kept apprised twice a week with what was being done to my car. There did appear to be some repetition of repair work updates.

Reportedly there was a "clerical error" and my car was not looked at for approximately two weeks. However, once the repair was completed, the car looked great and I was happy with it. I only wished it would have been finished sooner.
