The automatic emails were appreciative. Twice a week would have been nice and perhaps a text. I appreciated the care that they did in giving me back a fully repaired car even though it took additional time. My handler changed halfway through the repair. This caused some confusion.

Hail damage ****, and getting the parts in from Japan took a while, but thanks to the people at Abra for finishing the final steps so quickly when the parts came in. Darren was especially helpful to us after we had some issues with a former employee.
