I appreciate the updates, felt like Allan was my advocate and looking out for me - felt like he has a lot of experience and that made it seamless! Plus my car came back cleaner than it was when I left it - that really means something because NONODY Does that anymore, not even the place where I bought my car. The "girls" at the front desk are friendly and professional but not stuffy - I really, really appreciated that 3 weeks ahead of my appt they were willing to bend out my fender so it would not keep catching on the drivers door! Very pleased!

We started as customers of Southeast Auto under Allan Weiman, so this time, we specifically requested Allan again and we have been completely satisfied. Allan walked us through when he did the estimate and again when the car was dropped off. Told us what we needed to do with our insurance company. From the front desk with Meredith to Allan taking care of our car, we have no complaints. The car looks great and we love the lifetime warranty. You have a customer for life!

Poor estimation of completion- extended 4 days(**** day at a time)
Had to request additional repairs
Car would have been easier to inspect if it were cleaner- claimed to be detailed(my children could have cleaned better)
Happy that the manager helped satisfy my expectations - but if you have to bring the manager in- it's a bad sign - have a follow up appointment for the additional repairs
