I was not kept abreast of the progress with my car until I emailed my service rep. When I picked up the car he told me he forgot to add me to his list and therefore was not notified to give me updates. This would not have been a huge deal other than I am a medical provider and need to move patients to be able to pick the car up on time. When I went to pick the car up the service rep explained his mistake and told me I would be getting a survey and he always gets all 10's... But I could answer however I wanted. Just did not seem very professional.

Great service from a personable staff. Car was repaired quickly to my satisfaction and it was clean. The daily updates were much appreciated. The coordination by Abra with Enterprise Car Rental made the exchanges of vehicles at each end effortless for me. Abra is a first rate company that knows how to satisfy the customer. There was a minor problem with scheduling that they resolved quickly.
