We figured it would take one week to 10 days to obtain, paint, and replace the bumper on our Subaru Forester. We are still amazed it only took 2 days! This means the folks at ABRA went to work the day we dropped it off and kept at it until it was fixed. We even were able to drop off our rental car at ABRA. My only complaint is that I received an automated email on Friday after 5pm telling me that my car was completed and ready for pickup. By the time that I received it and called the office was closed for the weekend. I waited until 2pm on Monday and never received an email or call from my service rep to tell me that my car was ready. It was but I was not able to pick it up until Tuesday morning. When I picked it up it was not washed. They took it in to wash but it took up more time. Did not seem to be prepared to get my car back to me in a timely manner resulting in several days of additional car rental costs and were not prepared for my pickup with the car washed and ready to go.
