While our prior experience with Abra was terrific, our most recent experience has not yet been fully satisfactory. We had two claims with you - hail and glass. I had our glass claim reassigned to you from Safelite so that the work could all be completed at the same time. When I went to pick up my car, the hail damage had been satisfactorily repaired, but the replacement windshield had not even been ordered. I’ve now been transitioned to your glass department. They have ordered the glass, but it is not certain that the work can be done before I need the car for an extended road trip. (I’d note, that expedited glass order was possible for a 10% premium but that is not something your field rep felt was necessary or adviseable). I hope that he is right. Anyway, in the final analysis, great job with the hail repair. Terrible job coordinating the hail and the glass repair. Jury is out on the glass repair itself. I’d add that the person I worked with at Centennial (Matt Dunning) is terrific. The **** on the glass was dropped by someone else (name unknown) who was covering for him during a week he was out of the office.

Your person to person service and work quality are excellent -- better than one can find most anywhere else. I would recommend Abra for all body and glass work. I would suggest a little more effort and specificity in your email updates though. "Your car is having fun here" doesn't quite do it.

I have already contacted ABRA about this...our reverse camera doesn't work after the service was completed to remove hail damage. I had to spend an additional 2 hours driving there and waiting for them to look at it and it is still not working properly. I will have to return to have them do another couple days of work I'm afraid.

Thanks for your service. My only comments would have to do with the impression I got when entering your office. The desk is high, thus not really seeing a person and looking down on them when at the desk. The cubicles on the side and employees working there are distracting. The entire layout is not up to the rest of your standards of service on the vehicle. The staff is very good at what they do but the environment does not promote confidence in the customer experience. The folks there have gone above and beyond. Not only did they keep me in the loop with what was happening with my repairs but afterwards I realized I had left my garage door opener in the rental that I left there when I picked my truck back up. Even though leaving the opener was my fault, they have all tracked down the rental and are doing everything they can to get it back to me. Even if I don’t get the remote back, they have still done everything they could to help me get it.
