If there were 20 categories that I had to score out of 10 points, I would give 19 of them 10 points and one 9 points. I have two very minor gripes :
****. I can't shake the feeling that the repair should have taken less time. I am COMPLETELY unqualified to make that judgement, but maybe you could show a bit of where all the time goes? I dunno. The expected date was completely accurate though. On that note...
2. I got the texts. The "54%" complete text...the "still on time for 10 days from now" text...okay, but nothing ON the day-of-pickup? That could have helped me solidify getting dropped off and/or out of work in time.
Like I said, minor gripes. Otherwise a flawless experience!
