First of all, before I write this review, I want to say that Top Finish did NOT ask me to do this or give me a discount for leaving a review or anything. I just wanted to say thanks and help other people find a great shop. I was in an unfortunate dilemma when my truck was hit while it was parked outside my office, by one of my neighbors. I took my truck to 3 different Auto shops to get estimates for the repair, before finding Top Finish. My experience at other shops was overwhelming, stressful and upsetting. I even had a shop tell me they didn’t give estimates or quotes! I was advised they gave estimates as courtesy’s! Fast forward to the minute I drove my truck into Top Finish, I was greeted by Mark, who made the whole experience unlike any other. He was happy to give me an estimate and really took care of my truck from beginning to end, he explained the process and was extremely thorough. I was in a rental vehicle before I knew it and it was all coordinated by by Top Finish Mark is a car-guy, so he understands how things work and how things should be done right. You'd be surprised how many people are in the car repair business that couldn't even change the oil on their own car. Top Finish is my go to body shop for any problems, and would be happy to send my friends and family.

The reason I came back to Top Finish for my repairs is because the last time I came here for body work on my car, they were professional and did a tramendous job. Again, they went above and beyond a repair shop, being very friendly and helpful and repairs done in a timely matter, they even made sure that when the front window replacement came later than expected, they notified me and said they wanted to make sure the window was Installed properly and no problems would happen. The front office team at Top Finish if rated would receive a 5 star rating. The shop workers would also receive the same rating for repair performance. I would recommend this place to others as well as to come back again.
