From dropoff to pickup, this was a very good experience. The fit and finish on the car was of top quality, the rental car was there when I needed it, and I was able to just leave the car at MJ when I picked up my car. The even popped out a dent that had nothing to do with the actual claim just to make the finished product look that much better. Very pleased!!

Fixing my vehicle. Took a month with many delays that should have been notice and fixed. You tried to put second hand parts like the hood and front grill. Promise to have vehicle fixed on two separate dates only to be delayed again. The front grill was painted purple, but the vehicle is BLUE.
