Car looks great, like the accident never happened. The repair went fast and there was good communication along the way.

DO NOT contact me. I just want to move on. What a pointless survey. You asked for all or nothing and you got it.

Check the record of my repair and you will see that the vehicle was initially delivered to me with an unresolved mechanical problem. I took it back to Fix Auto to address the issue and was told they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and suggested I take it to my own mechanic who correctly found the cause of the problem. Fix Auto then proceeded to refute the opinion of my mechanic and it wasn't until I insisted and the car was taken to Penske Honda for an evaluation, that they finally had to agree that my mechanic's diagnosis was correct. The second repair cost me an additional 5 days of rental car fees plus the 69.60 that my mechanic charged me to diagnose the mechanical problem that was either overlooked or ignored by Fix Auto. It's not just the extra expense I was forced to incur because of the lack of attention to mechanical detail, but what really gets me steamed is that Fix Auto initially let me drive away with a vehicle that was potentially unsafe and then tried to argue that my mechanic's diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. On a positive note, the body work performed on my vehicle looks very good, but the lack of thoroughness on the part of the mechanics at Fix Auto leaves a lot to be desired. Eric C

The team kept me informed during the progression of the repairs and subsequent vehicle readiness.

The repairs were done to my satisfaction. They also met my needs as far as taking me home and picking me up when it was finished. The staff was friendly and polite.

This is the second time I use you guys and I love the way you and your staff take care of your customers. I would most defetely use you guys again :)

Everything was excellent Liz was very nice and kept me updated on the progress. The only thing was the interior was dirtier than when I brought the car in. Other than that I was very happy with Fix Auto-Ontario.

Fix auto is the bomb. They were ahead of schedule and did fabulous work. I'm recommending them to anyone who will listen. This our second car to need help from fix so we requested them. We would do it again if ever needed. God bless their talented and curious team. You all work together like a well oiled machine.
