your representative was part you the problem so having her call would do no good, the fact that you hear the f bomb being screamed from your repair bays did not impress me as i got out of my car! having to wait because it was not adjusted correctley and not being called when it was ready i was told they forget. if it was not for Jerry talking to me when i first went there i would have left and went to a different repair shop. sorry but you asked.
